Now  on Mondays at 2 pm

Contact: martin.symcox@metroblindsport.org

The Tottenham Hotspur Foundation are currently providing regular weekly physical activity sessions, delivered via Zoom to their community. These have been incredibly  successful, with hundreds of people attending.

They are now offering a unique opportunity for Metro Blind Sport members to access a group session. The session has been designed especially for Metro Blind Sport members, helping to build confidence in taking part and accessing physical activity from the home.

What do you need?

Participants will need access to Zoom, wear appropriate clothing suitable for exercise, have fluids nearby. You will not require any equipment for the sessions.

When?

Mondays,  2 pm to 2.45 pm

How will it work?

You will be part of a session made up of Metro Blind Sport members, the coach will provide instructions, the activities will aim to improve your fitness levels and include both cardio and strength exercises. You will need to ensure you have space and that you are not near anything you may knock over or collide with. The coach will provide regular feedback throughout the session.

How to take part?

To register your interest in taking part in the physical activity session, please inform Martin Symcox via email on martin.symcox@metroblindsport.org

For monitoring and health purposes, Tottenham Hotspur Foundation will need to gather some information from you, we want to make this as simple as possible, so your email and phone number are passed from Martin to the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation. Someone from the Foundation will be in touch to complete a participation form with you, either by phone or email.
