Since we officially started our archery sessions in May 2013, these have grown in
popularity and we always welcome anyone who is keen to have a go.

Archery Event Details

 

Day: Wednesdays  Time: 2 pm  to 4 pm

Venue: ArcheryFit, Hatfield House, Merryweather Place, London SE10 8EW.

Meet and Greet: will be taking place at 1:30 pm at DLR station

Overground:   Direct trains from London Bridge (10 min ride)  Nearest stop:  Greenwich

Free Tai Chi & Self Defence

Free Tai Chi classes in South London

TAI CHI with SELF DEFENCE

Who: For anyone 18+ with a sensory impairment or complex needs who wants to get involved

When: Mondays  until  4 March 2019  Time: 2.00pm – 3.30pm

Metro would always advise to phone or email the event contacts to confirm there have been no last-minute changes or cancellations.

Where: Everyone Active, Camberwell, Leisure Centre, Artichoke Place, London, SE5 8TS

What: Free Tai Chi with Self Defence session. This group is led by Miz, an experienced Tai Chi and Self Defence instructor and is delivered by Sense in partnership with Everyone Active and Southwark Disablement Association.
