Live Sessions

Tuesday 6-7 pm: Adaptive Martial Arts – Self-Defence
Beginner online sessions for you to learn the basics of self-defence in a fun way!

Wednesday 5 pm: Mojo Moves – Online Disco with 80s Aerobics
For children & young people with SEN & their parents/carers

Thursday 5.15-6.15pm: Adaptive Martial Arts – Fitness

Thursday 6-7 pm: Bristol Boccia
Closed Zoom call, have a chat and play some boccia!

Be Inclusive Try Day Friday!

Ready, Set…..Zoom!

To celebrate the #BeInclusive theme in The Great British Week of Sport, Access Sport are hosting ‘Try-Day Friday’ packed full of your favourite sports and activities!

Event Details:

  • Date: Friday 25th September
  • Time: 4:00pm – 8.30pm
  • Join Now!
  • Five fantastic inclusive sessions; Yoga, Hockey, Fitness, Boccia and Self-Defence!
  • All activities will be led by experienced coaches/instructors who will provide options for all abilities and experience levels!
  • You can sign up to 1, 2, 3, 4 or ALL of the sessions, just be sure to sign up so you have the details to log in to the sessions on the day!
  •  You can also win medals depending on how many sessions you attend! Bronze = 1 session, Silver = 2/3 sessions and Gold = 4/5 sessions!
  • We will be on Zoom for all of Try-Day Friday, so you just have to log in once and then you can join all the sessions you like.
