Professional Instructors from the 1 Touch Project will be delivering a workshop to give helpful, easy tips on:
- Maximising Independence
- Increasing Confidence
- Social Interaction
- Adapting to Vision Loss & much, much more
If you are, or someone you know is dealing with sight loss and want to accomplish the above, then why not come along.
The 1Touch workshop is the first comprehensive descriptive self-defense program designed specifically for people who are blind or partially sighted. The program is a hands-on self-defence technique for dealing with all types of situations

Workshop 2 – 1:00pm – 3:00pm (Registration at 12.30pm)
