Level 1
Short and flat: for those starting out or returning after a break.

Approximately 10-25km

– Level 2
Short with the occasional, gradual climb: for building confidence, bike skills and fitness.
Meet at 9.30 am, return by 2.00 pm
Approximately 25-40km

– Level 3
Long with some moderate climbs: for those wanting to push themselves and build their strength and endurance.
Meet at 9.00 am, return by 3.00 pm

– Level 4
Challenging with steep climbs – for those with a high level of endurance and strength, really wanting to push themselves.
Meet at 8.30 am, return by 3.30 pm
Approximately 60-100km

We are also delighted to report that we know of a couple of individuals in the area who would be happy to look after guide dogs while their owners are out cycling.  Let us know if you would like to take advantage of this kind offer. Email: tandemmanagement@mssc.org.uk

To find out how to become a member of MSSC and to pay the £15 annual subscription, please email membership@mssc.org.uk.

Please remember that considerable effort is made to try to secure enough pilots to make sure every stoker who registers has a place on a ride, so if you find you no longer need a place, we would appreciate knowing as soon as possible, as that is potentially one less pilot we need to find and your place could be offered to another stoker on the waiting list.  While we recognise that some changes to your plans are unavoidable, we ask that you check you are available before signing up for a ride and let us know immediately if you can no longer attend.

Look forward to seeing you on a ride soon.
