Gym, Multi-Sports and Swimming with Sport for Confidence

Come along and try something different, meet new friends and learn new skills.
This programme is developed in partnership with an allied health professional and coaching team, who aim to break down barriers to participation and improve individuals health and wellbeing through inclusive sport.

Events:  Multi-sport: 11.30-12.30pm, Gym: 1.30-2.30pm  Swimming:  – Tuesdays 3-4pm
Dates: Mondays and Tues for Swimming
Venue: Moberly Sports Centre, 25 Chamberlayne Rd, London NW10 3NB

Event:  Multi-sport: 12 noon – 1 pm
Date:  Wednesdays starting on 6 November 2019.
Venue: Seymour Leisure Centre, Seymour Place, London W1H 5TJ

Cost: all sport sessions=  £3.05  CARERS GO FREE.

Me, being active – Chandni

Chandni lives and works in London, and is a fitness fanatic. She says that without the support she gets from her local gym she wouldn’t be able to exercise.
