Access Sport’s disability inclusion Ignite programme works closely with local community clubs in London to develop their offer to be inclusive to all, ensuring young people with disabilities and/or long term health conditions have equal opportunities to participate in physical activity alongside their mainstream peers. Over the next three years we will be working across Greenwich, Southwark and Lewisham to support local community clubs and organisations to improve their inclusive sport and physical activity provision to include young deaf and disabled people and their families.

We will be hosting a short workshop for clubs and organisations. The aim of the workshop is to help you learn more about disability inclusive sport and physical activity. You will also find out how the Ignite project can support you to be more inclusive and develop your sporting offer to be inclusive to young people with disabilities.
