Multi-Activity Sports Days for visually impaired people

The aim of these days is to offer a range of FREE sport across an afternoon, giving people who are visually impaired  a flavour of what activities they could be doing in London. Sports and activities included so far have been everything from
Tandem Cycling, Sailing, Goalball, and Soundball Tennis, to Athlefit, a fitness programme which combines athletics with getting and keeping fit.

Multi Sports Day – 20 Feb 2016 – Richmond!

When: Saturday 20th Feb 2016, 11:30 – 16:00
Where: Hampton Sports and Fitness Centre, Hampton Academy, Hanworth Road, Hampton, TW12 3HB
Register: 11:30
Organisers: Metro Blind Sport.
Events:   Athletics, Bouncy Castle, Dance/fitness, Gym, (mini inductions), Spin Bike, Trampolining, Tennis, walking football. * please note these activities may be subject to change on the day.

On arrival you will have the opportunity to try each activity (subject to availability on the day) lasting approx. 40mins. You can of course choose to sit out sessions depending on your preference.
