Football came home to Hackney!

Hannah went to explain that she had been commissioned by Budweiser to produce a short promo featuring 3 fans who are blind supporting their country in the World Cup.  Budweiser was the official beer at Russia 2018 with the slogan ‘Light Up The World’.  With this in mind a special cup/beer glass had been designed that flashed red when filled with beer or activated by ambient sound whilst the bottom rim vibrated when your team were attacking the opponent’s goal.

London Metro Futsal Club Report!

London Metro Futsal Club Report

On September 16th LMFC took part in the season opening friendly open cup which took place in Swindon, despite their not being the full complement of teams there, the games were very competitive and London drew 5-5 and lost narrowly 5-3 to eventual winners Birmingham Sports. Saturday October 14 saw the season start for real with the first league tournament taking place in Birmingham.

It is with great sadness, we inform you of the passing of Charles Ronayne

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Charles Ronayne on 16 August 2017, Charles Ronayne passed away on the 16th August, at the age of 33. Charles collapsed whilst on holiday with friends and, despite immediate attempts to revive him, he never regained consciousness.  Charles will be greatly missed and all at Metro send our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and teammates.
