As a newly-appointed Inspiration Club, SLGR are working alongside England Athletics in the Team Personal Best initiative to widen the scope of running in the community, by offering an afternoon of running sessions and drills to runners and would-be runners of all abilities in their ‘running without barriers’ approach, utilising qualified Leaders in Running Fitness and Guide Runners to work alongside those that come along.
Inspired by the recent World Para Athletics Championships, SLGR will be offering running
opportunities to those who may not be able to access or participate in club or group sessions, and will have two special guests in attendance.
