It is a challenging period for all of us and because of this Goalball UK are launching their ‘Positivity Programme’ to keep us all connected.

The weekly schedule is planned to run as follows:

  • Mindset Mondays
  • Workout Wednesdays  – 12 pm to 1 pm
  • Fun Fridays  – 4 pm to 5 pm
