The Carmen Butler – Charteris Charitable Trust applies the income and capital for such charitable purposes and to make donations to such charitable institutions and in such manner as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit with the wish that it is used for the benefit of RNIB and Fight for Sight and other organisations concerned with research into blindness and for the treatment and care of persons suffering from blindness.
