Having picked one of the year’s hottest days at 34 degrees, the four tennis courts were set for Metro players. Coach Joe Lake delivered the session involving coaching and some friendly singles and doubles matches.

These camps are for players who already play and want to develop their skills further. The timing of these camps, just a few weeks before National’s mean that players have the chance to learn some new techniques and tactics just in time for the National Tournaments if they wish. The camps will be fun and social and provide a more in-depth coaching experience.

Sessions include learning the fundamentals of taekwondo including different routines and games. Sessions are also non-contact.
The coaches adapt the sessions to meet everyone’s needs so it’s a truly inclusive environment and siblings are also welcome to take part.
