We now have a full week’s worth of activities delivered live and online for you to enjoy at home. They are available at the same time every week and are all completely free!

Monday 9nd November

Seated Yoga for 50+

Audio Only. Join a social group and complete simple yoga routines whilst seated. Suitable for adults 50+.

Every Monday at 1.30 pm – 2.30 pm.
