Participants are free to enjoy over 20 different sports at their own pace, and with traditional and Paralympic/ adapted sports on offer you won’t be short of choice! Sports include Football, Cricket, Tennis, Boccia, Badminton and more!
We will also be joined by special guests throughout the day to encourage, support and take those all-important selfies with.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
- No minimum age requirement·
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
- Blue badge parking is available. Parking for non- blue badge holders is available- up to 5 hours is £3.50
- Closest tube station is Latimer Road and is less than 5 mins walk
