Want to try a new way of working out? Mel Scott, the creator of the Eyes-Free Fitness® exercise programs believes working out while breaking your neck to see the screen is not a great idea.

There are accessible audio-only workouts available, which will include yoga, Pilates, cardio, weightlifting, stability ball, Barre Method, a balance series, foam roller, stretching, and meditations.

Each workout is described so you do not need to see the screen. This allows you to concentrate on your form and what your body is saying to you. Some workouts are shorter and easier and some will push you, ask for mercy. Most are in between and are easily modified to fit your level.
