NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Metro Blind Sports Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 26^th November 2021 at the Union Jack Club, Waterloo Road, SE1 8UJ, from 18:00 to 20:30. The main entrance is directly opposite Waterloo station.

The annual report and agenda for the evening will be issued prior to the meeting.

Any voting member wishing to stand as a Trustee of Metro MUST be a fully paid-up member, including the previous year 2020.  Any member wishing to be considered as a Trustee should express their interest in writing to the Chair of Trustees NO LATER THAN 07^th November 2021.

Resolutions must carry the name of an eligible proposer and seconder, then be submitted in writing to the Chair of Trustees NO LATER THAN 07^th November 2021.

Matters under any other business can be submitted to the Chair of Trustees in writing NO LATER THAN 07^th November 2021.

To avoid disappointment, it is important that you let Martin Symcox know if you will be attending and any dietary requirements no later than Friday 15^th November, so sufficient food can be organised. Please indicate if you are vegetarian, vegan or have any allergies to food.
