MSSC Summer BBQ – 21 July

Annual MSSC Summer BBQ on the 21 July

Please join Merton Sports and Social Club members and friends for an afternoon of al fresco food, fun and friendly chat at our annual summer BBQ on  Saturday 21st July.

Burgers, bangers, buns, plus salads and sides, will be served.  As usual, the bar will be open and tea/coffee will also be available.

WHERE: The Guardian Centre, 67 Clarendon Road SW19 2DX

WHEN:  Saturday 21st July 2018

TIME:    2.00 to 6.00pm

 COST:   £5 per person

RSVP:     by email – tel.james@tiscali.co.uk

The food will need to be bought and prepared in advance, so it is vital we know who to expect.  Please tell us if you would like to attend, if you are bringing anyone with you and if you have any special dietary requirements.  Also let us know if you would like to be met at Colliers Wood Underground Station, which is about ten minutes’ walk from the Guardian Centre.

Please note, MSSC’s July  short tandem ride will go ahead as scheduled, returning to the Guardian Centre by 1.00pm, an hour before the BBQ is due to kick off.

Look forward to seeing you there
