Metro bring VI Sports to Lloyds of London – 22 October 2015

Lloyd of London meets Metro 22 October 2015

This month Metro will be show casing VI Sport to Lloyds Staff – using a selection of sports and adapted sports equipment, alongside VI Board Games, tech and wider Volunteering/Support opportunities. There will be video presentation’s and speeches from Mike Brace, Metro Patron, Lara Green Metro tennis committee member/player and Roy Smith Director of Sport.

Activities include:
Dance/Fitness Warm Up session Sports: Goalball, Bowls,Tennis Demos
Stands: Metro, Link Up/TPT, ELVis, VI Tech/Equipment,  Payroll giving
plus a selection of VI Board Games

 New Metro Motion Video we will be showing at the event to the Lloyd Staff below

Westway Multi Sport Events Day – 30th Oct!

INCLUSIVE SPORT FESTIVAL

Join us for a fun-filled day of sport including wheelchair and inclusive tennis, climbing, gym sessions, adaptive dance and more.

Country Ramble – Sat 17th Oct- London Sports Club For The Blind

This is a reminder that London Sports Club For The Blind are doing a
country ramble on Saturday 17th October 2015 in Godalmming, Surrey.

The walk is for 7 miles through farmland, woodland, along the river
Wye and through the villages of Shackleford and Peper and a pub lunch
or a packed lunch if you prefer to bring one.  The walk is supported
by the Surrey And Beyond Ramblers who will lead the walk and provide
individual guides.

I will be meeting at London Waterloo overground station between 9.15am and 9.30am outside the ticket office to catch the 9.45am train so allow time to get your ticket.

Please let me know a week before you intend coming  (by Saturday the 12 Oct )

so I can get an idea of numbers for the walk.
