The first session is FREE, then all sessions are £2.50 for Metro members and £5 for non-members, but in order to play regularly you must become a member.Our sessions on a Sunday afternoon are for B1s and beginners only. The Friday evening sessions both at NTC and ITC are for more experienced players
(players must be able to return the ball and rally). Rackets will be available for beginners to borrow at the Sunday sessions but players must bring their own equipment on Fridays. We hope to have coaches available at all ses
